Animation goes beyond the game's battles
As revealed by Supercell, the story will follow a determined—but totally unhinged—barbarian who must assemble a group of misfits to protect his village. Furthermore, he will have to deal with the absurd politics of war, something that promises plenty of laughs and unusual scenes.
The franchise's official social media accounts reinforced the announcement with humor. "Raise your flags and strengthen your walls: Clash is invading @Netflix!", the team posted, accompanied by a lighthearted teaser featuring the developers on a video call.

John Derderian, vice president of animation at Netflix, stated that the Clash is a perfect fit for a series. After all, it boasts over ten years of global success, full of humor, action, and iconic characters. According to him, the collaboration with Supercell and creators Fletcher Moules and Ron Weiner will bring the spirit of the game to life with all the chaotic energy that fans love.
Although the release date has not been announced, the project reinforces the platform's growing commitment to animated video game adaptations. Previous successes include Cyberpunk: Edgerunners , Arcane , Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft , and Castlevania .
