Gakusen Toshi Asterisk (The Asterisk War: The Academy City of the Water) has a new promotional video. The animation is by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online, Magi), the direction is by Kenji Seto (Wooser no Sono Higurashi Kakusei-hen), and the character designs are by Tetsuya Kawakami.
The series arrives on October 3rd on Japanese TVs.
The original manga takes place in the city of "Asterisk," famous for being the world's largest stage for the entertainment battles known as "Wars." The boys and girls belonging to the six academies, where they make their wishes come true and with the gleam of weaponry in their hands, vie for supremacy—Amagiri Ayato is one of them.
Gakusen Toshi Asterisk written by Yuu Miyazaki and drawn by Okiura, made its debut in 2012, publisher Media Factory published the compilation of the eighth volume on May 25.
