Namco Bandai Games released the animated opening of the God Eater , all animation was done by the ufotable studio, the same as (The Garden of Sinners, Fate/Zero), the direction was by Takayuki Hirao.

God Eater 2 takes place in the year 2074, three years after the events of the first game. The world is still threatened by the mysterious living entities known as "Aragami."
