Kadokawa has released the second promotional video for the 3rd season of the anime “The Rising of the Shield Hero” (Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari).

Synopsis
The story revolves around Naofumi Iwatani , an otaku who spends his days playing video games and reading manga. One day, Iwatani is suddenly summoned to a parallel universe! There, he discovers that he is one of four heroes equipped with legendary weapons and tasked with saving the world from its prophesied destruction.
The first season of The Rising of the Shield Hero aired in 2019, consisting of 25 episodes. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.
The film is directed by Hitoshi Haga at Kinema Citrus studio, with music and screenplay by Keigo Koyanagi.
The Rising of the Shield Hero 2, the second season of the anime, premiered on the AT-X channel on April 6, 2022.
