According to a publication on the website Jbox , the series Nanatsu no Taizai ~ The Seven Deadly Sins is being dubbed in Rio de Janeiro at the Alcateia studio.
Voice actress Flávia Saddy (Tenchi Muyo!) is directing the project, featuring the voices of: Fabrício Vilaverde (Meliodas); Erika Menezes (Elizabeth); Pamela Rodrigues (Hawk); Mckeidy Lisita (Ban); Marcelo Garcia (King) and Flávia dubbing Diane.
The anime's destination will be a streaming , but negotiations with TV channels and home-video distributors are ongoing.
The manga is currently published in Brazil by publisher JBC.
The story based on the “Seven Deadly Sins”, where a group of knights who conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Britannia in the past were supposedly eradicated by the Divine Knights, although there are still rumors that they are alive. Ten years later, the Divine Knights carried out a coup d'état and assassinated the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, the king's only daughter, sets out on a journey to find the "Seven Deadly Sins" and recruit them so they can help take the kingdom back.
