However, Gege Akutami , the creator of Jujutsu Kaisen, has already hinted at the character's possible return. On the Mando Kobayashi , Akutami says that Nobara was treated by Arata Nitta shortly after being injured.
Furthermore, in volume 17 of the manga, Megumi falls dramatically silent when Itadori asks about their classmate's condition. This scene suggests that she might be alive, but hasn't returned yet for some reason. However, hopes for her return are also dwindling, considering the manga has entered its final arc without any news of her. Synopsis:
The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who becomes involved with a secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, which fights against curses, evil beings that haunt the world of the living.
