The new anime series “ The iDOLM@STER” MILLION LIVE! has received a new trailer and promotional image . According to the official website, the series will premiere in October of this year.

Shinya Watada (Gundam Build Divers Re: RISE) will direct the anime at studio Shirogumi Inc. , and Yoichi Kato (Aikatsu!) is supervising the series scripts.

Synopsis:
The story revolves around 765 Production Studio, which manages the unique talents of 13 professional idols as they slowly rise to the top and become nationwide celebrities. But the girls' journey is far from all fun and games: hard work, sweat, and tears are some of the prerequisites needed to thrive in this industry, and for 765 Pro in particular, a watchful eye on their rival, the infamous 961 Production.
However, as the girls' fame grows, their time together as a family diminishes, and now the popularity they sought threatens to tear them apart. A difficult balance between work and bonding must be struck, or they risk all going their separate ways. The personal and professional trials these idols face cannot be overcome alone, but with the loving support of others, any obstacle or difficulty can be surmounted!
Bandai Games released the game in 2013 as a spinoff of the main The IDOLM@STER game series, allowing players to manage their own company in idol production.
Finally, Bandai Namco Entertainment released a successor to the game titled The IDOLM@STER Million Live! for iOS and Android in June 2017.
