Synopsis: Tokyo, 2018 , where normal humans can wield all kinds of magic. As a result, laws against the use of such magic exist, and a court is created to preside over all legal proceedings regarding the use of these powers. The anime follows the protagonist Cecil, the Benmashi (assistant lawyer) in history, and his associates, to defend those who use magic.
ARMS studio, the same as (Elfen Lied, Kite, Queen's Blade: Rebellion), is in charge of directing.
