Kuroshitsuji , or Black Butler, the manga arc titled "Gōka Kyakusen" (Luxury Liner) by author Yana Toboso, will get a new film in 2017. The film is titled The Kuroshitsuji Book of the Atlantic (Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic) and will be released in Japanese theaters in 2017.
A piece of concept art from the film has also been released and can be seen below.
The "Gōka Kyakusen" arc takes place between volumes 11 and 14 of the manga, and the story revolves around the secrets of resurrecting the dead.
The animation is being produced by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online), directed by Noriyuki Abe with a script by Hiroyuki Yoshino and character designs by Minako Shiba.
