The second part of the animation “Saint Seiya: Battle for the Sanctuary” by Toei Animation (Dragon Ball) has a new trailer. Furthermore, we learned about its release date.

Synopsis

Time is running out! Only five hours remain before the god-slaying arrow embedded in Athena's chest kills her. The powerful Grandmaster is the only one capable of saving his life, but to reach the Grandmaster's chambers, Seiya and his fellow Bronze Saints must ascend the Sanctuary and pass through all Twelve Houses, each temple guarded by a Gold Saint. Not everyone will complete the journey and reach the summit of the Sanctuary, where a shocking surprise awaits them.

Finally, the first part of the first season of Saint Seiya premiered worldwide on Netflix in July 2019. The second part premiered in January 2020, totaling 12 episodes in the first season. Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac – Battle for Sanctuary, the second season, premiered on Crunchyroll on July 31st and also has 12 episodes.
