The official website for the anime Sound! Euphonium has released the full trailer for the film. The movie's first teaser was released in December. Based on the compilation of the first season, it will premiere on April 23, 2016.
The film is directed by Tatsuya Ishihara, with a screenplay by Jukki Hanada and character designs by Shoko Ikeda .
The story begins when Kumiko Omae, a girl who was in the middle school marching band, visits the high school marching band as a newcomer. Kumiko's classmates, Hazuki and Sapphire, decide to join the band, but Kumiko sees her former classmate Reina there and hesitates.
