Attention fans! The production of the second season of Chained Soldier ( Mato Seihei no Slave ) has released a new visual focused on Mira Kamiunten , leader of the second division. The anime returns in January 2026 in Japan , promising to further expand the universe of the work.

Mira's voice actor has not yet been officially revealed. However, we already know that Masafumi Tamura (The Misfit of Demon King Academy) will be directing. Character design will be handled by Keiya Nakano (Loner Life in Another World), while Yasuhiro Nakanishi returns to write the script. The animation will be done by studios Passione and Hayabusa Film , replacing SevenArcs from the first season.
Synopsis of Mato Seihei no Slave:
When entrances to a different dimension known as "Mato" appear throughout Japan, people discover a new resource known as "Peaches," which grants unique abilities only to women. However, dangerous monsters called "Yomotsu Shuuki," which also roam the Mato, have caused various disasters since then. To combat them, the government formed the Anti-Demon Corps, an elite group of women who received the power of the Peaches.
Based on the dark action manga written by Takahiro and illustrated by Yohei Takemura , Chained Soldier began in 2019 on Shonen Jump+ . As of September 2025, the series has 19 published volumes . In the West, the work is published in English by Yen Press .
Finally, this sequel promises to put Mira Kamiunten in the spotlight, while Yuuki Wakura and Kyouka Uzen continue to face the dreaded Yomotsu Shuuki. Therefore, fans can expect intense battles and new mysteries in the plot.
