Spoiler alert: In episode 4 of season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen , the anime first introduced the mother of the character Megumi Fushiguro . Her image appeared through the flashback of Megumi's father, Toji Fushiguro , while he was facing Satoru Gojo .

At first, Toji never showed any attachment to Megumi or the rest of his family. However, as he was dying, Megumi's father had a brief flashback of his son as a baby and his wife. Megumi's mother's name remains unknown, except for her surname, Fushiguro. She has apparently passed away, but she managed to leave a lasting impression on Toji's memories.
Synopsis:
The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who becomes involved with a secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, who fight curses—evil beings that haunt the living world. So, to protect his friends and the innocent, Yuji decides to join the jujutsu sorcerers as a student-in-training under the tutelage of Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer of all.
The anime's first season premiered in October 2020 and consisted of 24 episodes, animated by MAPPA . The studio also animated the film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 , which takes place a few years before the main series and tells the story of young Yuta Okkotsu.
