The official One Piece YouTube channel has revealed the cast and January 22 premiere of the anime Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation through a new trailer.
The series adapts the one-shot manga “ Monsters: Ippaku Sanjō Hiryū Jigoku ” by Eiichiro Oda .

The cast includes:
- Yoshimasa Hosoya as Ryuma
- Kana Hanazawa as Flare
- Hiroki Tōchi as Cyrano
- Mitsuaki Madono as DR
- Katsuhito Nomura as Master
Synopsis
In a world where the only "threat" that could disturb the peace is in the sky. The "terror" that can wreak catastrophic havoc on this world, Dragon. A legendary adaptation of the one-shot manga by the young Eiichiro Oda, before the serialization of "ONE PIECE." This is the story of Samurai Ryuma.
Sunghoo Park, director of Jujutsu Kaisen and Jujutsu Kaisen 0, is directing the anime and is also in charge of composition. Park's new production company, E&H Production , is animating the work.
