The manga Mou Ippon! ("Ippon" again!) written and illustrated by Yuu Muraoka will be adapted into an anime. According to reports, Shonen Champion has officially confirmed the production.
Synopsis:
Sonoda Michi was planning to retire from judo after failing to achieve satisfactory results during the national high school championship. However, her best friend Sanae Takigawa and her most recent championship opponent, Eien Hyoura, invite her to continue practicing the sport in high school.
