For those unfamiliar with the context, in chapter 122 of the manga , the illustrator of Act-Age drew fan art of Aqua and Ruby , which she shared, calling it "genius." Following this, chapter 123 of the manga was released, in which Ruby makes a declaration to Aqua, leaving fans intrigued. We'll only know the details of this declaration in the next chapter, which has been delayed by two weeks in Japan.

Synopsis:

The story follows a doctor named Gorou , a fan of a 16-year-old idol Ai Hoshino . One day, Hoshino shows up at his office, claiming she's pregnant with twins, but her manager tells her to abort the babies. The idol doesn't want to abort; she wants both children. Gorou promises her a safe delivery. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure will result in his untimely death, or so he thought. However, upon opening his eyes in his beloved idol's arms, Gorou discovers he's been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino, 's newborn son ! With his world turned upside down, Gorou soon discovers that the world of showbiz is full of controversies, where talent doesn't always bring success.
