The anime's return date will be precisely July 5th , and the highly anticipated " Kara " organization arc will begin on July 19th .
Weekly Shonen Jump magazine also announced new cast members, including Tetsuya Kakihara as Deepa and Cho as Victor . Kenjiro Tsuda was previously announced as the voice of Jigen .
