Rokujouma no Shinryakusha?! has released the third promotional video for the series, an adaptation of Takehaya . The anime will air on July 11th in Japan.
The series has 15 volumes, the first of which was released in March 2009. It began being published by Comic Dangan last December.
Synopsis – Now that he's starting his high school career, Satomi Koutaro has been living his life alone in an apartment that costs him 5000 yen a month, a very cheap deal. But there's a catch: the apartment is haunted by a cute ghost that made previous tenants run away. The next moment, not only is there a ghost trying to drive him out of his home, but magical girls and other unique female characters who turn his apartment into a battlefield.
