Under the Dog has received a new trailer. In the video below, producer Koji Morimoto comments on some changes to the environments since the first campaign trailer, thus improving the entire project.

This anime aims to carry on the tradition of older science fiction titles like Akira and Ghost in the Shell. The production team used the Kickstarter website to raise money to maintain creative control of the anime. The project met its goal and raised US$580,000 in September of last year, and eventually, by the end of the campaign, a total of US$878,028.
Masahiro Ando (Hana Saku-Iroha) is directing the anime based on the story by Jiro Ishii.
Finally, the premiere is scheduled for spring of this year.
