A website was launched on Wednesday to announce the television anime adaptation of Megumi Morino's manga 'A Condition Called Love' (Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai), which is scheduled to premiere in 2024.

Along with the announcement, promotional art was revealed:

Morino launched the manga in Kodansha's monthly Dessert magazine in December 2017, and Kodansha will publish the manga's 13th volume on June 13.
The manga has over 3.8 million copies in circulation, and won the 'Best Shoujo Manga' award at Kodansha's 45th Manga Awards in 2021.
Synopsis
Hotaru Hinase is a girl who never quite understood love and was resigned to the possibility of never falling in love. One day, while chatting with a friend at a cafe, Hotaru sees Hinanoi, one of the most handsome boys in school, being rejected by his girlfriend. On her way home, Hotaru comes across Hinanoi sitting alone in the snow. In a gesture of empathy, Hotaru extends her umbrella to the boy.
