The official website for the anime A Couple of Cuckoos revealed the anime's second main promotional video on Thursday.
The video reveals and previews the ending theme song for the anime, which will be called "Shikaku Unmei" by Sangatsu no Phantasia, and also reveals the adaptation's premiere date as April 23rd.

The anime adaptation of A Couple of Cuckoos will therefore air on the NUMAnimation on TV Asahi and its affiliates. Crunchyroll will stream the anime outside of Japan.
