The second volume of 2021 of Weekly Shonen Jump revealed that artist Shiro Usazaki will be drawing a one-shot manga in collaboration with author Osamu Ishikawa .

Furthermore, the one-shot will have 47 pages, including one color page. The story is titled "Engan no Cyclops" (Cyclops with Eyes of Fire).

Finally, the manga act-age by Usazaki and author Tatsuya Matsuki was canceled in August after Matsuki was arrested a few days prior. Matsuki admitted to the charge of committing an indecent act with a high school student in court last month. Matsuki and Usazaki launched the manga act-age in Weekly Shonen Jump in January 2018. The 43rd annual Kodansha last year nominated the manga.

Despite the complications, act-age readers supported Usazaki on social media, encouraging her to return to drawing manga.
