Manga artist Dōmoto launched his work on the Sunday Webry in 2021 , winning over readers with a narrative full of humor and embarrassing situations. Shogakukan is responsible for the physical publication, and released the sixth volume in April 2024 , with the seventh volume scheduled for June 18, 2025 .
Synopsis of Aishiteru Game o Owarasetai
In sixth grade, childhood friends Yukiya Asagi and Miku Sakura created a game to embarrass the other person by taking turns saying "I love you." Four years later, even as they enter middle school, the two are still trying to outdo each other and claim victory. However, as tender feelings begin to blossom in their hearts , the simple phrase takes on new meaning beyond the rules of their game.
As each day passes, the desire to become more than childhood friends grows—but Yukiya and Miku resist taking the first step . Unsure of what lies in store when the game finally ends.
