My name is Rafael Alves, known as Shinzo. I created the AnimeNew website in 2009 to offer news about anime, manga, and games directly from Japan.

Ajin – Demi-Human gets a new trailer set to the song “Yoru wa Nemureru kai?” by the band flumpool, and the release date for the first film has also been revealed: November 27th.

Following this film trilogy, Ajin – Demi-Human will get a TV series, scheduled for January 2016 on MBS, TBS, and CBC channels in Japan. Netflix will also stream the anime three days after its Japanese TV broadcast. The idea is to delve deeper into the story and provide more details about the world created.

The story follows a high school student named "Kei Nagai" who dies instantly in a traffic accident on his way home from school. However, he is revived, and a high price must be paid for it. New immortal life forms have begun to appear among humans, and they have become known as "Ajin" (demo-humans).

The manga Ajin – Demi-Human began publication in 2012 in the magazine good! Afternoon. The sixth volume was released in May. In total, the manga has 3.2 million copies in circulation in Japan.
