A teaser trailer has been released for the OVA of the well-received "Ajin" by Tsuina Miura (author) and Gamon Sakurai (illustrator), which will accompany the limited edition of the 8th volume of the Ajin manga.
The same team that worked on Knights of Sidonia (Sidonia no Kishi), from Polygon Pictures studio, will also be in charge of the OVA.
Ajin are humans who cannot die. Seventeen years ago, they first appeared on a battlefield in Africa. Since then, more of their kind have been discovered in human society.
The first film, "Shōdō" (Impulse), premiered in Japanese theaters on November 27, 2015, followed by an anime series on January 16, 2016.
