Let's remember today Akame ga Kill!, one of the animes among otakus, which premiered in Japan  7 years ago . Synopsis:

The story centers on Tatsumi , a young villager who travels to the capital in search of money for his village and discovers widespread corruption in the area. However, an assassin (Leone) from the Night Raid recruits him to help them fight the Empire and end the corruption. Together with the couple Rillary and Lubbock, they defeat dangerous creatures until one of them dies.

Therefore, Akame Ga Kill! was produced by the White Fox (Steins;Gate, Goblin Slayer) and directed by Tomoki Kobayashi .
