The production of the anime AKEBI’s Sailor Uniform ( Akebi-chan no Sailor-fuku ) has been revealed . According to the official website, the series is being animated by CloverWorks studio (Shadows House).

Synopsis:
The story takes place at a girls' high school called Roubai Academy. Akebi Komichi has always dreamed of wearing the school's sailor uniform. The "dream" life of a high school student finally begins.
