Following the Crunchyroll we have the winners of the 2020 Anime Awards . The awards ceremony took place on Saturday night (15) and as predicted by many fans of the anime and manga , Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba won the award for best anime of the year.
Furthermore, the 3rd season of Attack on Titan received 7 nominations and Vinland Saga won best drama anime.

Initially Kimetsu no Yaiba was an animated series made by the Ufotable studio and follows Tanjirō Kamado, a kind and intelligent boy who lives with his mother and brothers, earning money selling coal, just like his late father. One day, returning home after going to a town to sell coal, Tanjirō discovers that his entire family had been attacked by demons, as a result of the attack, one of his sisters, Nezuko, is the only one who survived the attack.
