Fantasy Bishoujo Juniku Ojisan to: This one tells the story of two friends who end up in another world. Actually, thanks to a goddess, the protagonist's friend was transported in his original body, while the protagonist was placed in the body of a beautiful girl. Now, to recover his own body, the man must venture into that world alongside his friend and defeat the Demon King!
Kenja no Deshi o Nanoru Kenja: And finally, we see the story of Sakimori Kagami, a VRMMORPG player known for being one of the 7 great sages within the game Arch Earth Online. One day, he falls asleep after playing, and when he wakes up he realizes he's now in his character's body, but instead of an old sage, he appears as a girl.

Leadale no Daichi nite: This Wednesday, January 5th, we'll follow Keina Kagami, who, after suffering a serious accident, is now on life support. She experiences rare moments of freedom in the VRMMORPG world of World of Leadale. Upon awakening in her avatar's body within the game, Keina realizes that the place she loves so much no longer seems the same, as more than 200 years have passed within World of Leadale!
Hakozume: Koban Joshi no Gyakushuu: Now, we see Mai Kawai, who became a police officer because of the financial stability of the profession, but soon lost her enthusiasm and began to think about quitting her job. However, upon meeting Seiko Fuji, an excellent detective who has just been transferred to the police station, she decides to give her career another chance.
Orient: The story follows Musashi and Kojiro, two young men who spent their lives admiring the deeds of warriors who fought demons and protected the innocent. However, as the years passed, things changed, until a sudden destiny forces them both to fight for the good of humanity!
Tokyo 24-Ku: Here we see Ran, Koki, and Shuta, three friends who grew up on the artificial island of 24th Ward. As such, they have different social statuses and personalities, but the three have always been together, until the day a tragic incident changed everything. A year later, while attending a memorial service for this incident, the three receive a call from a friend who was supposedly dead…
Koroshi Ai: And finally, we follow Chateau , a woman whose assassin skills are put to the test when she meets Ryang-ha , an eccentric man who also works as an assassin. Believing that this was the end for her, Chateau is surprised to hear from Ryang-ha that he only wants her contact number.
Anime Season for January 2022 – Thursday Releases
Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou: For now, on Thursday we only have this series, which will premiere on January 13th. It's worth remembering its first season, released in 2019, which was a tremendous success. Now, we can finally follow the continuation of this adventure of our beloved Hajime Nagumo.
Anime Season for January 2022 – Friday Releases
Shuumatsu no Harem: This one is definitely highly anticipated. It was originally scheduled for release this year but has been postponed to 2022. It tells the story of Mizuhara Reito, who decides to be frozen so that he can be awakened in the future when a cure for his illness is found. Reito is then awakened by a beautiful woman who informs him that all the men on Earth have been killed by a sudden disease, and as one of the few surviving men, he must now impregnate as many women as possible!
Slow Loop: After losing her father, fishing on the beach became Hiyori's favorite activity. One day, Hiyori meets Koharu, a curious girl who soon reveals herself to be her new stepsister.
Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san 3: This series is also highly anticipated by its fans. After two very successful seasons, released in 2018 and 2019 respectively, we will be able to see this adorable couple back together! So, be prepared for January 7th.
Vanitas no Carte: And finally, let's talk about this work that's also making a big comeback in 2022. This work, which was already a tremendous success this year, is returning with a bang. In any case, we'll be able to follow Noah again.
Anime Season for January 2022 – Saturday Releases
Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru: Starting with the premieres of January 8th. We see Wakana Gojou, a lonely young man who hides his love for porcelain dolls because he suffered bullying in the past. One day he ends up getting involved with Marin Kitagawa, one of the most popular girls in his school, discovering that she is a cosplayer. Marin notices Gojou's skills in making clothes and accessories and asks him to create the most diverse looks for her.
Genjitsushugi Yuusha no Ōkoku Saikenki 2: And without a doubt, this is another work that's making a comeback and was a tremendous success this year. It's an Isekai with a completely different approach, where our hero doesn't try to become stronger, but rather tries to rebuild the country!
