Synopsis
Anne Shirley is a charming young woman who grew up in an orphanage. Anne of Green Gables is a Japanese animation series that ranks fifth in Nippon Animation's renowned World Masterpiece Theater , widely recognized by different names over the years. Thus, production adapts the classic novel Anne of Green Gables , written by Lucy Maud Montgomery in 1908. In 1979, Nippon Animation produced the series and originally broadcast it by Fuji TV from January 7 to December 30 of the same year .
