The official website for the Aoashi anime has revealed new voice actors, a new image, and information about the theme song for the anime's second cour (quarter of a year).

Superfly will perform the new opening theme song “Presence”, while Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai will sing the new ending theme song “Color Lily no Koibumi”.
The new voice actors include:
- Takuya Eguchi as Akinori Kaneda
- Kotaro Nishiyama as Junnosuke Nakano
- Yuuki Ono as Chiaki Muto
- Tomoaki Maeno as Kouji Satake
- Kei Shindou as Miyako Tachibana
Aoashi premiered on NHK Educational on April 9th. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as the episodes air in Japan.
