The new season of the anime Ascendance of a Bookworm ( Honzuki no Gekokujou ) has received its first trailer and visual.
Therefore, the release of Ascendance of a Bookworm will take place in 2026, with animation by Wit Studio.
Synopsis:
After a disastrous encounter with a nobleman, Myne finally decides to say goodbye to her family and friends in the lower city, changing her name to “Rozemyne” and starting a new life as the adopted daughter of the Archduke of Ehrenfest. Kazuki began the original novels on the website “ Shoetsuka ni Naro ” in 2013 and concluded the web novel in 2017. You Shiina illustrates the print edition. The series is nearing its conclusion on December 9th with the release of volume 33. In 2017, Kazuki launched a spin-off story titled “Hannelore no Kizokuin Gonensei,” which is still ongoing.
Finally, the light novel Ascendance of a Bookworm inspired a three-season anime adaptation by studio Ajia-do .
