The Cardfight!! Vanguard has confirmed new projects for the coming years. Bushiroad announced a brand new anime for TV in 2027, marking the 15th anniversary of the series in Japan.
Furthermore, the current saga called Divinez will reach its conclusion with a film. Titled Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Unmei Seisen-hen, the film premieres in Japanese theaters on October 2nd, ending the phase known as the "Fated Star Battle Arc".
The film's animation is once again handled by Kinema Citrus studio , with original designs by the CLAMP group . The production concludes the narrative begun in the recent seasons of the Divinez arc, which expanded the competitive universe of the franchise.
The most recent anime, Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Genma Seisen-hen, premiered in January 2026 and concluded its run with 12 episodes. The series is part of the so-called "D Series," which began in 2021.
The “D Series” began with Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress, released in 2021. After that came will+Dress, with three seasons between 2022 and 2023, followed by Divinez and its continuations throughout 2024 and 2025.
