Assault Lily website has just revealed that due to the COVID-19 , the new anime in the franchise will be postponed until October .
Previously, the anime was planned to be released in July , but the postponement was necessary to preserve the health of the cast.
Synopsis: On Earth in the near future, humanity faced imminent destruction from mysterious giant creatures known as “Huge Ones.” The entire world unites against the “Huge Arms” and successfully develops the weaponry known as “CHARM” (Counter Huge Arms), combining science and magic. CHARM exhibits high synchronization rates with teenage girls, and girls who use CHARM are seen as heroes called “Lilies”. All over the world, “Garden” military academies are created to train Lilies to face the “Huge Ones” and serve as a base to protect and guide people. This is, therefore, a story about girls who intend to become lilies within these gardens.
