“Bakemonogatari” premiered on July 3, 2009, adapting the “Monogatari Series” light novel series by Nishio Ishin, with illustrations by VOFAN. The story follows Koyomi Araragi , a student who survives a vampiric attack and later helps several girls with supernatural problems.

Since its launch, the “Monogatari Series” franchise has grown a lot, with several seasons of anime, OVAs and films. The light novels, which began to be published in 2006, were a success and sold millions of copies around the world.
