Synopsis
The strange fate of Richard, the third son of the York family, is born with a rare condition that allows him to exhibit characteristics of both sexes. Because of this, his mother constantly insults him, causing him to grow self-conscious about his body and the way people treat him. Years later, Richard believes he will have his family's forgiveness if he can help his father ascend to the throne. However, Joan of Arc's prediction that he will bring ruin to everyone he knows makes his quest for redemption more complex than he imagines.
Finally, Aya Kanno serializes the manga in Monthly Princess , published by Akita Shoten since October 2013, with 15 volumes to date.
An anime adaptation of the manga will premiere in January 2022. The anime will air for two consecutive cours (quarters of a year), for a continuous semester. The anime was originally scheduled to premiere this fall, but the production committee announced a delay in July.
