This year's 18th issue of Hakusensha 's Young Animal published a statement from the editorial team stating that there is no information to share about the future of the Berserk manga at this time , a manga by late author Kentaro Miura . The statement added that the team's priority “ will always be attributed to him – what he would think if he were still with us ”.
Additionally, the magazine published the 364th chapter , with the statement that the chapter is Miura's last work, with members of Studio Gaga working to finish the chapter's manuscript. The cover of the issue features an ink sketch of Miura and is a “ memorial ” edition dedicated to Miura. The edition also contains a special booklet “ Messages for Kentarou Miura ” and a poster containing “ famous scenes ” from the manga.
The Young Animal magazine editorial team added in the statement that they read all the letters sent by fans and returned them with thanks.
The 41st volume of the Berserk manga will release on December 24th .
