The magazine Young Animal, from the publisher Hakusensha, confirmed the highly anticipated premiere of the new Berserk, based on the work of Kentarou Miura. The series will arrive on Japanese TV on the WOWOW channel on July 1stat 10:30 AM. For those who watch other channels, MBS, TBS, and CBC will begin broadcasting on July 8th. BS-TBS will begin airing the anime on July 9th.

Initially, with 24 episodes planned, the production was handled by Liden Films, with CG animation by GEMBA and Millepensee. Although the choice of visual style has divided opinions in previous versions, expectations for this new phase remain high among fans.
The cast includes big names in voice acting
The voice cast has already been revealed and promises to deliver memorable performances. Hiroaki Iwanaga returns as Guts, while Takahiro Sakurai voices the enigmatic Griffith. Other confirmed names include Yōko Hikasa (Farnese), Kazuyuki Okitsu (Serpico), and Toa Yukinari as Casca, in addition to Akio Ohtsuka, who will play the Skull Knight.
