The Black Clover manga reaches its decisive moment after 11 years of publication. Publisher Shueisha confirmed that the series will reach its climax in the Jump GIGA 2026 Spring issue, released on May 1st, with Asta featured on the cover.

The special edition features three brand-new chapters at once, focusing on the confrontation between Asta and Yuno for the title of Wizard King. The series, created by Yuki Tabata , follows two rivals who grew up together and are on different paths to the top of the wizarding world.

Final battle between Asta and Yuno

Black Clover is an action and fantasy manga originally published in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2015. The story depicts a world where magic defines social status, while Asta is born without any magical powers, challenging this system.

After migrating to Jump GIGA in 2023, the series accelerated its final stretch. Now, the duel between Asta and Yuno will determine who will assume the title of Wizard King, concluding a journey that has sold over 19 million copies.

Global success and new adaptations

anime adaptation aired between 2017 and 2021, expanding the series' reach beyond Japan. The title also received a film adaptation in 2023 and a new season has already been confirmed for 2026, reinforcing its presence in the global market.

In addition to the final chapters, the edition will feature bonus content, including an interview with the author and voice actor Gakuto Kajiwara, as well as special gifts related to the franchise.

For those who have been following Asta and Yuno's journey, this ending marks one of the most important phases of the story. Keep following AnimeNews anime
