Therefore, in the last chapter, Asta was defeated by Lucius , having his chest pierced in half, in this one, we see him declaring himself the Supreme Wizard King.
We also have the revelation that Sister Lily has become a paladin and that ends Asta. As we do not have this confirmation, we will treat it as death for now.
Black Clover Synopsis:
The story then takes place in a world where magic is everything. Asta and Yuno are two orphans who were abandoned together in a church in the village of Hage. They then grew up together and promised each other that they would become the Wizard King, the most powerful of all wizards.
