The scene in question is a conversation between Ichigo and Orihime, which takes place in chapter 589 of the manga, about how the character's new dress leaves her breasts exposed. Eventually, the character becomes embarrassed by Ichigo's reaction, and Yoruichi appears by surprise between the girl's breasts.
According to Kubo, they cut the scene in the anime because it was considered obscene. Therefore, the creator emphasizes that he does not have full control of the anime and also regrets the lack of the scene, as he finds the characters' interaction funny.
“The sequence after Yoruichi's appearance was very obscene, so it ended up being cut. [It's a shame, because] I really liked the look on Yoruichi's face when she looks down on Ichigo.”
Synopsis:
