The advance screening of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity achieved impressive results in US cinemas. According to Box Office Mojo, the preview of the first three episodes grossed approximately US$3 million and reached the 8th position in the North American box office during its release period.

The special screening took place between June 25th and 29th in 943 movie theaters, through a partnership between Viz Media and Fathom Entertainment.
In addition to the new episodes, the audience was treated to an exclusive conversation with creator TiteKubo, chief director Tomohisa Taguchi, and director Hikaru Murata, providing details about the production of the final arc.
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity officially premieres on July 25th on TV Tokyo. The opening theme will be performed by jo0ji with the song “I-BULL”, while 9Lana performs the ending theme “Rasen”. Finally, the anime completes the fourth and final cour of the adaptation that began in October 2022.
