The second season of the anime Blue Box (Ao no Hako) has a confirmed premiere date. The new season will arrive in the fall of 2026, airing on TBSin Japan. Furthermore, the production revealed the first "Blue Visual," which quickly gained popularity among fans.

The artwork's theme is "the moment Chinatsu's heart moves." The original illustration, by Rei Katō, uses shades of blue and a snow-covered landscape. The art conveys silence and introspection, while firm footprints symbolize decisions made without hesitation. The slogan "こんなにも心が熱い" ("my heart has never been so warm") reinforces the emotional weight of the scene. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that this collection will feature five artworks in total.

Meanwhile, the story follows Taiki Inomata, a first-year student and member of the badminton club, and Chinatsu Kano, a veteran and star player on the basketball team. Therefore, the anime maintains its focus on a youthful romance set in a high-level sports school.

On the other hand, the main cast remains intact. Shoya Chiba returns as Taiki, while Reina Ueda continues to voice Chinatsu. Thus, anticipation for the new season is growing among readers of Kouji Miura, published in Weekly Shonen Jump.

Finally, Blue Box promises to delve even deeper into the emotional conflicts and character development in 2026.
