BNHA: World Heroes Mission features Ryou Yoshizawa as original character

The film BNHA: World Heroes Mission ( Boku no Hero Academia ) revealed that Ryou Yoshizawa joins the cast as the original character Rody Soul, acting as Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki's partner in the mission.

The new character's design was created by the manga's author, Kouhei Horikoshi . Although the film uses an original story (with no connection to the manga), author Horikoshi will once again be the chief supervisor.

Synopsis

A mysterious organization dedicated to the destruction of people with Quirks has launched a threat and placed bombs across the world. Pro heroes and those in training struggle to find the bombs. So Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki meet Rody, a boy who lives in a mobile home in the designated Oseon area, and end up working with him.

Furthermore, the film opens on August 6 in Japan, but there is still no release date in the West. A teaser posted on Saturday revealed that in the film our beloved Deku will be wanted by authorities accused of mass murder. Furthermore, the film will feature an incident that involves the entire world. The voiceover in the teaser states, “the time limit until the world destruction crisis is two hours.”

Finally, BNHA: World Heroes is the third film in the Boku no Hero Academia franchise, namely: Boku no Hero Academia: Two Heroes which premiered in July 2018 in Japan and My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising in December 2019.
