The film adaptation of the first season of the anime The Dangers in my Heart (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu) has received a trailer, visual, and release date.
The feature film will be a re-edition of the TV series, but with a special twist: new epilogue scenes showing the main couple after the events of the anime's ending. Therefore, the film will premiere on February 13, 2026, with animation by Shin-Ei Animation.
Boku no Kokoro Synopsis:
"BokuYaba" is a romantic comedy about Kyoutaro Ichikawa, a lonely boy who begins to get close to Anna Yamada, a clumsy and popular girl. Over time, the two develop an unusual relationship, full of funny and touching moments.
Finally, the first season of the anime aired in April 2023, followed by the second in January 2024. The way the two deal with the feeling of "liking someone for the first time" moved fans in Japan and around the world, earning the series several international awards.
