Cells at Work! will get a manga spinoff focusing on cats

The June issue of Kodansha 's Shonen Sirius Cells at Work spinoff manga by Akane Shimizu , which will begin serialization in the magazine's July issue, on May 25.

Choco Aozora is therefore writing the original story and Meku Kaire is drawing the manga Hataraku Saibō Neko (Cells at Work! Cat) (left in the image above). Additionally, Koma Warita is writing the original story and Ryō Kuji is drawing the manga Hataraku Saibō Okusuri (Cells at Work! Medicine) (right in the image above), while Shimizu Production is working in cooperation on both manga.

The most recent spinoff manga in the franchise to launch was Hataraku Saibō Muscle (Cells at Work! Muscle), which launched on Kodansha's Morning Two manga website on February 16. Yū Maeda is in charge of the manga's artwork.

Finally, Shimizu launched the original manga in the March 2015 issue of Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine, and it ended in January 2021.
