The second season of the anime Chained Soldier (Mato Seihei no Slave) is undergoing several changes! Following the recent studio change, social media revealed the new production cast for the series.
With the transition to Studio Passione (known for Rokka no Yuusha and High School DxD Hero), we now have Masafumi Tamura as director and Keiya Nakano as character designer.
Synopsis of Chained Soldier:
When entrances to a different dimension known as "Mato" appear throughout Japan, people discover a new resource known as "Peaches," which grants unique abilities only to women. However, dangerous monsters called "Yomotsu Shuuki," which also roam the Mato, have caused various disasters since then. To combat them, the government formed the Anti-Demon Corps, an elite group of women who received the power of the Peaches.
Chained Soldier, known in Japan as Mato Seihei no Slave manga series written by Takahiro and illustrated by Yohei Takemura. It has been published on Shueisha's online platform Shōnen Jump+ since January 2019.
