The impact of anime and manga goes beyond the screen. In Tokyo, an ordinary telephone booth in the Jimbocho district has become a tourist attraction after the success of the film Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc. The production has already surpassed the mark of 10 billion yen in box office revenue and, as a consequence, has brought fans from all over the world to the location of one of the most memorable scenes in history.

Since then, the space has been filled with flowers, mainly gerberas, a symbol of the moment experienced by Reze and Denji in the film. In addition, lines form daily for photos and tributes. Foreign tourists, especially from South Korea, help keep the place in the spotlight. Meanwhile, Google Maps already gathers emotional reviews, treating the booth as a true "sacred place."

On the other hand, the situation caught the attention of NTT East Japan, the company responsible for the booth. The company appreciated the thoughtful gesture but warned that the accumulation of objects could be interpreted as litter. Interestingly, a notice left by fans asks for respect for the space and encourages the use of cell phones.

In this way, a scene produced by the MAPPA ended up revitalizing, even if temporarily, an almost forgotten technology.
