The Cyberpunk anime worldwide success, several animations and fanarts from the series emerged over time, recently an animation of the series' protagonists, Lucy and David, went viral on social media and impressed fans of the anime.

Synopsis:
“Cyberpunk: Edgerunners tells a 10-episode standalone story about a street kid trying to survive in a future city obsessed with technology and body modifications, aka cyberpunk.”
Hiroyuki ( Kill la Kill ) is directing the anime at studio Trigger, while Yoh Yoshinari (BNA: Brand New Animal) is the animation director and character designer. Hiromi Wakabayashi (Kill la Kill, Promare) is the creative director, with Masahiko Otsuka ( Star Wars: Visions 'The Elder') and Yoshiki Usa as screenwriters.
Finally, CD PROJEK RED 's Cyberpunk 2077 was released for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC in November 2020.
