With its official premiere approaching, the anime Dandadan has received new images, made available by the popular animation studio Science Saru (Devilman).
The anime Dandadan will premiere on October 3, 2024, airing simultaneously on 28 MBS/TBS group channels as part of the "Super Animeism TURBO" programming block. Netflix will also stream the anime in Brazil.
Synopsis Dandadan:
The anime Dandadan tells the story of a nerd who faces spirits and aliens vying for his "family heirloom." And who better to help him than his high school crush and a spiritual grandma?! Momo Ayase and Okarun disagree about the paranormal. But in this quest to prove who's wrong, secret passions and paranormal battles emerge! Momo befriends Okarun, a UFO fanatic at school. While Momo believes in spirits, Okarun thinks the opposite. To resolve their differences, they decide to visit a UFO hotspot and a haunted tunnel!
DanDaDan is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yukinobu Tatsu. It has been serialized on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ app and website since April 2021.
